Before I reveal the U'nregistered newest sample of design, I just wanted to take a moment to apologize to some of the people who has ordered their tee from us but still haven't received them yet.
I am truly sorry for the inconvenience caused by my mismanagement, which causes a mix up of order and delayed in printing. I just wanted to assure that you will received your t-shirt soon.
Again I am truly sorry for what had happened and I am looking to improve myself over time to serve you even better.
